Suggested Itinerary

Day 1 - Flight to Naples

You will depart today for your coach journey to your departure airport for your flight to Naples Capodichino airport. Upon arrival you will be met for your coach transfer to the Rivage for a 4 night stay. You will have an evening meal at the hotel followed by a familiarisation walk of the centre of Sorrento.

Day 2 - Tour of Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii

After breakfast you will depart the hotel for a tour of Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii. First will be a visit to the excavation site, followed by some free time for lunch. Then the coach will take us 1000mt up Mount Vesuvius. An optional 200mt walk to the crater is also possible. Return back to the hotel early evening.

Day 3 - Tour of the Abbey of Montecassino and more

Today after an early breakfast we will enjoy a full day out including a visit to the Abbey of Montecassino and the Royal Palace of Caserta, built by the Bourbons and still admired today for its beauty. Then the coach will proceed to the Abbey of Monte Cassino, location of the famous WWII battle.

Day 4 - Visit the Amalfi Coast

After breakfast you will be taken to visit the Amalfi Coast where you will have some great photo opportunities because of the breathtaking scenery. You will have some time set aside for shopping before returning to your hotel in the evening for your meal.

Day 5 - Return flights from Naples

Depart the hotel for your transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK, upon arrival you will be met for your return transfer to your school.
